Brain-Inspired AI

Our most challenging research aim is to use neuroscientific knowledge to draw inspiration for brain-like AI systems, with the objective of improving their current performance also in terms of required computational power, and to use AI systems as human–brain models to verify hypotheses drawn by neuroscientists.
